2021 Culinary Arts Graduate Trevor Hart
When Trevor decided to leave his small town in Ohio to attend college in Pittsburgh, PA, never did he imagine he’d be flying across the Atlantic to intern in the French Riviera! Living with a host family in Montpellier, France, he is spending his first two weeks being immersed in the language and culture. Then, it’s off to the kitchens of Le Bistro Du Clos and Le Clos St. Pierre, a fine dining restaurant with two Michelin stars. Trevor says, “Don’t let anybody tell you that you can’t do something in this life.”
Culinary Arts Graduate Austin Ayers
Austin is living his dream. After earning a Culinary Arts associate degree from PTC, he opened a family restaurant in his hometown called La Mangia, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as desserts.
